More than 50 years ago, Richard T. Mulready founded a pair of real estate services firms that would go on to become some of the region’s most respected. Known originally as Servus Management Corp., and Servus Brokerage Corp., they eventually adopted the name of companies they acquired in 2008, a name they still carry today: RM Bradley Management Corp., RM Bradley Brokerage Corp., and RM Bradley & Co.
Today, with offices in Hartford and Boston, RM Bradley provides a full range of real estate services to clients, ranging from national institutional investors to the region’s most prominent independent businesses seeking sound real estate advice and guidance.
RM Bradley Brokerage entered the Greater Hartford market more than 25 years ago and now represents both landlords and tenants in a wide range of brokerage transactions. The principals in RM Bradley have leased many of downtown Hartford’s premier office buildings, in addition to facilitating significant deals and developments in Windsor, Simsbury, Avon and Canton.
They are the kinds of results you would expect from professionals with more than 100 years of brokerage experience and a comprehensive understanding of their clients’ business needs.
RM Bradley’s clients’ regard members of the firm’s team as trusted advisers to their businesses, not just brokers working on a deal. RM Bradley has more than 95 employees, some who have been with the company more than 30 or 40 years.

She ascended to the leadership post in January 2025 after 17 years with the company. Along with many other seasoned team members, she works closely with two of her siblings, Sean Mulready, the Director of New Business Development, and Shannon Mulready, the Assistant Controller.
RM Bradley also takes pride in its property managers and maintenance technicians, who devote their time and experience to providing excellent service to the firm’s clients. RM Bradley currently manages close to 8 million square feet of property, providing trusted advice and highly responsive brokerage, asset management, property management, receivership and advisory services to a range of individuals, companies, government agencies and nonprofits.

After celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025, RM Bradley remains committed to honoring the ideals it has always practiced, as well as to ambitious expansion plans.
