The new owner of downtown Hartford’s Goodwin Square office tower has hired local commercial-broker/property manager RM Bradley Management Corp. to manage the building.
RM Bradley said Tuesday its new assignment formally begins on Saturday. Financial or other contract terms weren’t disclosed.
Westport investor, Goodwin Square Building LLC, bought the 330,000-square-foot office building and its adjoining vacant hotel in June.
David Fagone, of RM Bradley, said operating improvements initially will focus on enhancing the building’s aesthetics, among other things.
In addition, RM Bradley said it was hired as facilities manager for the 16,000-square-foot building at 220 Farmington Ave. in Farmington, across the street from the UConn Health Center. Rubber Tree Associates owns the building.
