Rhode Island engineering firm Beta Group Inc., which has state and municipal projects in Connecticut, has merged with Ocean State landscape architect Gates, Leighton & Associates.
GLA will operate as a division of Beta, based in Lincoln, R.I. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Beta has done road-signage work for Connecticut, and has streetscape improvements underway in Windsor.
