A medical office building in Ridgefield has sold for $1.58 million, according to the town’s property records.
The buyer of the property, at 38B Grove St., is Odin 38a Grove LLC, which is controlled by Ethan Odin, of Fairfield, according to state records. An email to Odin was not immediately returned.
The seller is 38A Grove Street LLC, which is controlled by AGR Realty Company LP, of Westport.
The building, which was built in 1978 and sits on a 1.12-acre parcel, has 21,781 square feet of leasable space across three stories, property records show. It has a 468-square-foot deck and a 0.7-acre parking area. It is appraised at $2.72 million and assessed at $1.9 million.
Tenants include Ridgefield Pediatric Associates, Ridgefield Dental Care, Ridgefield Orthodontics, Ridgefield Eye Physicians & Surgeons and Pain Management Associates, according to the tenants’ websites.
