Country-wide accountability for small commercial growth, profit and distribution effectiveness across our largest national partner relationships accounting for over $250 million in total written premiums. Strategic alignment with corporate executives, field sales, product and underwriting leaders to drive long-term mutual partner/career success.
What are your goals in your current job? Successful execution of our profitable growth and distribution effectiveness plan to help agency partners while achieving our annual financial commitments.
What's your biggest passion? I have a passion for winning and solving complex business matters. The challenge of navigating unchartered waters or process re-engineering is intriguing to me.
What are your future professional aspirations? Continuously strive for excellence and top performance with long-term aspirations of earning an executive leadership role within our company.
How are you involved in the community? Co-chair and volunteer, fundraising tens of thousands of dollars for: The American Heart Association, Foodshare, United Way, The American Cancer Society and many other community-based organizations.
If you were governor of Connecticut for a day what is one policy you'd push to improve the state's future? Re-establish interstate tolls in Connecticut via radar auto pay technology to help boost our state economy. Over time, eliminate the state financial deficit and appropriately fund financial literacy and other essential services for low-income families.
