A two-story retail building on Danbury’s busy Mill Plain Road has traded for $1.3 million, according to the city’s property and land records.
The buyer of the 0.87-acre property, at 87 Mill Plain Road, is 87 Mill Plain Rd Corp, which is controlled by Ali Al-Raishani, of New York. An email to 87 Mill Plain Rd Corp was not immediately returned.
The seller is Pierre Rochman, of Newtown, land records show. Rochman bought the property in 1985.
The building, which has a gross lease area of 13,440 square feet and was built in 1949, is appraised at $1.7 million and assessed at $1.19 million.
Tenants include Connecticut Kitchen & Bath, granite supplier G & R Fabrication and Salon Nirvana & Nail Spa.
