An Asian restaurant, Spanish eatery, party store and cigar retailer are among the businesses which have inked leases in the Greater New Haven region recently.
In Hamden, a free-standing 3,400-square-foot restaurant at 2308 Whitney Ave. has been leased to Noodle Warriors LLC.
Stephen Press, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Realtors, said the lease was signed Nov. 1.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed, though Press, who represented the landlord, Tri-Star Realty LLC, described it as “long-term.”
The tenants are longtime Asian restaurant operators who have partnered to create Roishi Ramen, a ramen, sushi and bubble tea concept, according to an announcement.
Their new space, formerly home to the restaurant Roost, is being transformed into an Asian restaurant and bar, tentatively slated to open March 1.
Doug Tornatore of Focus Properties, LLC, represented the tenant.
