Hartford-based nonprofit Reset has named Sarah Blecher its new executive director, succeeding Sarah Bodley, who led the entrepreneurial support organization for seven years.
Blecher joined the organization on June 15 and worked alongside Bodley through the end of June as part of a leadership transition, according to Reset.
Blecher brings about 20 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy and small-business advising. She previously worked at advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather and digital marketing firm Digital Pulp, where she became the firm’s first female partner.
More recently, she founded Blecher Digital Marketing, volunteered as a business mentor with SCORE Greater Hartford and served as development director for the American Mural Project in Winsted.
Bodley joined Reset in 2018. During her tenure, the organization expanded its programming, launched new business support initiatives and acquired New Haven-based Collab in 2025, extending its reach into the Greater New Haven region. Reset also said its operating budget grew to more than $1 million during her leadership.
Founded in 2007, Reset is a Hartford-based nonprofit that provides coworking space, mentoring and business development programs for entrepreneurs, with a focus on social enterprises.
