Coworking space and business incubator reSET has announced a new Food Accelerator cohort.
Twelve food businesses will participate in the three-month program, which aims to help the entrepreneurs scale, hire new staff and improve their operations.
The accelerator will provide operational management, financial literacy, and client development resources.
“Since 2019 reSET and our partners have served over 150 food entrepreneurs in our Food Incubator and Accelerator programs, and we’re excited to welcome 12 more this fall,” said Sarah Bodley, executive director of reSET.
The selected business range from soul food outlet Brittney’s Famous Alabama Kitchen, through Bajan cuisine from Los Barbados to Mothers Moss, which focuses on making superfoods more accessible to promote healthy eating awareness.
On Nov. 10, reSET will host a demo day with the selected businesses as a way to network with potential investors, customers and community partners.
