Connecticut’s February home sales dipped 2.9 percent, while the median price rose 2.1 percent to $240,000, according to Re/Max of New England.
Across the state, 1,806 homes sold during the month, down from 1,860 in February 2013.
Despite the dip in volume, pending sales rose from 2,515 to 3,271 — a 30 percent increase.
Homes sold during the month spent an average of 103 days on the market, down from 108 days.
