A Middletown-based insurance provider, Dunn Insurance Inc., has been acquired by the national insurance agency Relation Insurance Services.
The deal was announced by Relation Insurance, based in Walnut Creek, California, on Wednesday morning. The sale price was not disclosed.
Relation Insurance has a footprint in Connecticut that includes offices in
Bantam, Winsted, Guilford, Brooklyn, Jewett City, New Haven and Stamford.
Dunn provides personal and commercial lines insurance. Principal Ronald Dunn will continue to lead Dunn under Relation going forward.
