TV personality Regis Philbin has sold one of his two Greenwich homes for $3 million, The Associated Press reports.
The Greenwich Time reports town records show the spacious Colonial was placed on the market for $3.8 million in July and sold for $3 million in September.
The newspaper reported the sale Friday.
