RED CROSS TO HONOR HEROES

Officials from Wells Fargo recently presented a $50,000 check to the American Red Cross Connecticut Region, part of its support as presenting sponsor of the Red Cross’ Community Heroes of Connecticut. The program honors heroes nominated by the public at a series of four breakfast celebrations — at the Amber Room Colonnade, in Danbury, on March 10; the Hartford Marriott Farmington on March 16; the Trumbull Marriott on March 31; and at the Omni Hotel, in New Haven, on April 7.
