Realty Office Earns Service Award

The Middletown office of Prudential Connecticut Realty has earned the company’s Top Service Award. Prudential Connecticut Realty sends each client a questionnaire, asking for candid feedback regarding the level of service received from the Prudential agent. When a client rates the services they received as excellent, the Prudential Connecticut Realty sales executive earns a key. Keys are also earned when a sales executive receives a letter acknowledging extraordinary service, or when a colleague nominates them for going above and beyond normal service. The Middletown office earned the most keys out of all the company’s offices.
