South Windsor Realtor Marilyn Dzen is the new 2013 board chair of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors.
Dzen has been in real estate for 30 years and the broker/owner of Dzen Realty Inc. for the past 23 years.
She is an advisory director at Vernon’s Rockville Bank and organizes a semi-annual food drive for the South Windsor Food and Fuel Bank.
The outgoing chair is Realtor Carol Presutti.
Nancy Newman, of RE/MAX Marketplace LLC, is chair-elect.
