The real estate firm that operates West Hartford’s Blue Back Square and Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, among other properties, has a new senior director of leasing.
Greenwich-based Brand Street Properties recently announced Connor Nolan, of Fairfield, has been hired to head up its leasing efforts.
Nolan comes to the position with a dozen years of real estate experience, most recently as director of leasing with Boston-based WS Development, where he managed merchandising and leasing for open-air, grocery-anchored and lifestyle shopping centers in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Nolan will oversee retail leasing across Brand Street’s portfolio, with a particular focus on its flagship Blue Back Square mixed use development in West Hartford center.
Brand Street currently operates and manages 25 retail and mixed-use properties across 3 million square feet.
