Two acquisitions add up to a jackpot for Oxford-based RBC Bearings Inc. The company’s net income increased 95.6 percent to $9.8 million in the first quarter of 2008 from $5 million for the same period last year. The bearings manufacturer acquired Phoenix Bearings Ltd. and Coastal Bearing Services, both in 2007.
