Oxford’s RBC Bearings said has acquired a California aerospace components maker and repairer for $3.9 million.
The purchase of Turbine Components Inc., based in San Diego, adds new manufacturing and repair processes to RBC’s portfolio of offerings, it said in a statement.
It’s the third acquisition RBC has announced this year. The company said in August that it would buy Ohio’s Climax Metal Products Co. for $13.6 million, and in March it purchased Western Precision Aero in Garden Grove, Calif., for $2.6 million.
