Laura Turner Seydel, an international environmental advocate and eco-living expert dedicated to creating a healthy and sustainable future, has been named an honorary board member of Quinnipiac University’s Albert Schweitzer Institute.
Seydel, daughter of CNN founder and philanthropist Ted Turner, is chairperson of the Captain Planet Foundation, which promotes hands-on environmental education projects worldwide. Seydel serves on her family’s foundation boards and myriad national boards.
