Natasha Quinn, senior medical assistant at Community Health Center Inc. in Middletown, has been elected to the board of directors of the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement. Quinn has been with CHC for more than 13 years, and was instrumental in developing the teaching component of NIMAA, which was recently authorized by the Connecticut Office of Higher Education as a private occupational school for medical assistant training.
Quinn served as a preceptor during the program’s first year.
