Wethersfield health care consultancy Qualidigm has elected five members to its board of directors.
The new members are Dr. Patrick Carroll, chief medical officer of Integrated Care Partners and chief medical officer of Hartford Healthcare’s Shared Savings Program; Kate Emery, founder and CEO of Farmington’s Walker Systems Support; Molly Rees Gavin, president of Connecticut Community Care; Frances G. Padilla, president of the Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut; and Dr. Steven Wolfson, associate clinical professor of medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine and founding partner of Cardiovascular Associates of New Haven.
Their terms will run through 2016.
