QU taps Layne for multicultural education post

Daymyen Layne of Hamden has been appointed director for multicultural education and training at Quinnipiac University. Layne most recently was director of residential education at the University of Arizona. He has 15 years of experience in student affairs, residential life, student development, multicultural competency, diversity and inclusion, policy development and strategic planning. Layne holds a master’s degree in higher education student affairs from Salem State University and a bachelor’s in psychology from Hartwick College.

Kristin DiFonzo of Wallingford has joined the sales team of Press/Cuozzo Realtors in Hamden. She is a graduate of the Professional Business Institute in Hamden and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors.
