Quinnipiac University has appointed Albert Monroe visiting assistant professor of law.
Monroe, who specializes in climate change law, economics and property, previously worked as a faculty fellow at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
He earned his law degree at Yale and a doctorate in economics at Harvard.
