“I think the key is to always look at doing things better,” says Martha Gallagher, human resources manager at Pyramid Time Systems. The company changed from Pyramid Technologies on March 14. “It is important for us, our customers, and our employees, that in everything we do we are always aware of people. We realize it’s particularly important to give back to the community.”
The corporate culture mandates not only a competitive benefits package, but flexibility wherever possible, a positive environment, and allowing employees to feel they are empowered to make decisions and have authority over their job.
“We do plenty of activities,” Gallagher notes, “a boat trip, summer picnics, recognizing birthdays. We get together to celebrate each other.”
