The World Affairs Council of Connecticut has elected Arthur House to serve as director.
House is chairman of the state’s Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, or PURA.
He previously worked for the World Bank, Cigna, Aetna, Webster Bank and Tenneco. He also served on the staff of three U.S. senators and was an assistant dean at Tufts University’s law school.
