Attorney Isabelle Bibet-Kalinyak has joined law firm Pullman & Comley as a partner in its healthcare and business and finance practices.
Bibet-Kalinyak’s focus will be on healthcare transactions involving private equity, physician groups, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, management services organization structuring, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Pullman & Comley, she served as vice chair of the healthcare practice group at New Jersey law firm Brach Eichler LLC.
