There is a strong ethic that the law firm can never have enough talent. The search for the best and the brightest is relentless, he says, pointing out that in great or tough economic times, the firm is always adding people.
This culture “is not about tangible things,” adds Morris. “It’s about mutual respect, the way we interact, that we enjoy one another. It’s about the entire atmosphere we’ve created.”
