A psychologist and a speech therapist plan to relocate their businesses to a two-story Wilton office building they bought for $1.85 million.
C&E Realty LLC, controlled by Caley Schwartz, of Monroe, and Elisa Isabella-Valenzi, of Norwalk, bought the building, at 27 Cannon Road, last week, according to the town’s property records.
Schwartz is a psychologist who owns Caley Schwartz Psychological Services, which provides applied behavior analysis therapy, special education and social services for families. Isabella-Valenzi is a speech therapist who owns B.E.S.T Speech and Language Therapy, which offers speech, language and feeding therapies. Their practices currently share the same address in Ridgefield, according to their websites.
Isabella-Valenzi said the two women plan to move their businesses to the Wilton location where services will include occupational and physical therapies.
The seller was 27 Cannon LLC, controlled by 27 Cannon LLC. It bought the property for $1.51 million in 2024.
The building, known as The Barn at Cannon Crossing, sits on 2 acres and was built in 2004. It is appraised at $1.56 million and assessed at $1.09 million.
