The owner of Adaptive Prosthetics & Orthotics has purchased a Glastonbury office property for $1 million.
According to land records, an LLC controlled by David and Lisa Hewett bought 90 National Dr. on July 9. The nearly 21,000-square-foot building sits on five acres and was built in 1973.
Adaptive, which is owned by David Hewett, has had a location next door at 50 National Dr. since 2007.
The Hewetts’ plans for their new property weren’t immediately clear. David Hewett didn’t respond to a request for comment Tuesday.
The seller was National Real Estate Partnership, based in Niantic.
The buyers were represented by Maurice Smith of Avison Young. The Listing agent was Whit Osgood of Osgood & Associates.
