Prime 16 Tap House & Burgers leased 5,000 square feet of former restaurant space in Orange for its second Connecticut eatery opening by May 1.
Space at 464 Boston Post Road was originally Jacob Marley’s Restaurant and, most recently, Mark Barry’s, realty officials said.
Colonial Properties was sole broker, representing landlord Leveraged Equities Ltd.
Prime 16’s other location is Temple Street, in New Haven.

$200K Bridgeport sale
A two-story Bridgeport commercial building has drawn a $200,000 sale price.
JJ&J Realty LLC sold the 4,350-square-foot property on 0.16 acres at 108-114 Evergreen St. to 118 Evergreen LLC, which intends it for its commercial operations, realty authorities said.
Broker Colonial Properties Inc. represented the seller. Baldwin Pearson Realty represented the buyer.

Reno brokers area leases
Reno Properties Group LLC has been busy of late helping Hartford area tenants and landlords find or fill space. It was sole broker in 10 deals:
• Islamic Association of Central Connecticut purchased 96-100 Arch St., New Britain, from The Hospital of Central Connecticut for $210,000.
• Premium Sports LLC has leased 3,000 square feet at 3153 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, from McBride Properties Inc. The tenant will be operating as Lady Fit, an aerobic and dance studio.
• Karma’s Closet LLC, a consignment boutique, has leased 1,400 square feet at 3153 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, from McBride Properties Inc.
• Mattress Mary, a retail bedding store, leased 2,163 square feet at 2455 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, from RPG Harvard LLC.
• Choice Merchant Solutions LLC leased 2,400 square feet at Belamose Business Park, 60 Belamose Ave. in Rocky Hill, from Belamose Business Park LLC. The space will be used as a manufacturing and distribution hub for their company Lift Vapor.
• At the Newington Professional Center, 1268 Main St., Newington; Ascend Laboratories, a division of Alkem labs leased 1,710 square feet; Krupp & Jakabauski Mental Health Counselors leased 580 square feet; Community Chiropractic renewed its lease for 925 square feet. Landlord is Newington Professional Center LLC.
• Community Residences Inc. has leased and additional 1,400 square feet at 48 Christian Lane, Newington, from Reno Properties II LLC.
• Interstate Tax Corp. has renewed its lease for 675 square feet at 83 East Ave., Norwalk, from BP Norwalk, LLC & Lehigh Norwalk, LLC.

The Hospital of Central Connecticut @ New Britain General & Bradley Memorial has leased 15,000 square feet at 22 Pine St., Bristol from Terry Enterprises LLC. Reno represented the tenant.
Ralph DiCristofaro has leased 5,200 square feet at 43 Barber Pond Road, Bloomfield, from Joanne Rocamora. Reno represented the landlord; William Raveis, Wethersfield, represented the tenant.

A 4,500-square-foot fitness center is opening this spring at 95 South Road in Somers.
Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes represented landlord Somers Crossing LLC in the lease with Anytime Fitness franchisee Michelle and Greg Scanlon and CGT Enterprises LLC.

Digitech Imaging Solutions LLC leased 800 square feet at 249 Research Drive in Milford.
The digital-imaging vendor scans and stores data for various corporate customers.
Landlord is D’Amato Investments LLC.
The Geenty Group was the landlord’s lease broker. Vidal Wettenstein in Westport was the tenant’s agent.

Hamden engineer lease
Consulting security engineer Ducibella Venter & Santoro signed a five-year lease for 3,400 square feet of office/flex space in Hamden.
The firm new address will be 1004 Sherman Ave.
Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was sole broker in the lease, representing landlord WTE 1020 Sherman LLC.
