PriceSmart has purchased an 18,168-square-foot light industrial and warehouse building at 40 Front Ave. in West Haven for $675,000.
Carl G. Russell, senior commercial broker with Pearce Commercial Real Estate in Milford, represented both PriceSmart and the seller, Forty Front Avenue LLC.
PriceSmart owns and operates membership discount shopping warehouse clubs. The company supplies and distributes thousands of general merchandise products, such as cosmetics, toiletries, novelties and household items.
