What are the family values of your business, and how do they help you remain competitive in the market?
At PCS, we’re not satisfied until we’ve solved your technology and business challenges with an optimal solution customized to the distinct needs of your organization. This attention to detail for each and every client, and our close relationship with our vendor partners, is our competitive edge in this market.
What would your founder say about the state of your company today and its achievements in the last year?
PCS is celebrating 25 years in business in 2014. The credit for this milestone goes to every dedicated employee. PCS continues to rank in the top percentile in each of the markets we serve, and the hard work and loyalty of the team is why we grow every year.
What is the biggest challenge to your business in the coming year?
Our challenge is to stay in front of the technology and prove to our clients that PCS is their partner and trusted advisor in this tangled world of technology. We continue to improve, learn, and be open and honest with our clients, as we have for 25 years.
