A downtown Hartford retailer will mark its expansion and 12th anniversary with a grand reopening later this month.
Hartford Prints!, a woman-owned store specializing in handcrafted goods and gifts, will host its grand reopening Sept. 26, at 5 p.m., at its newly renovated location on Pratt Street. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m.
The expansion features a larger retail space with new product offerings and an enhanced customer experience, the company said.
The expansion was supported by the city’s Hart Lift program, which uses American Rescue Plan Act funding to match construction costs for ground-floor retailers and restaurants. The Hartford Chamber administers the program, which has assisted multiple Pratt Street businesses since 2021.
Hartford Prints! was founded in 2009 and focuses on celebrating local community and fostering city pride through its retail offerings.
