Pratt nabs $33M in defense contracts

Pratt & Whitney Co. has landed three Pentagon contracts worth $32.8 million to supply jet-engine parts, services and materials to the Air Force.

Pratt won a $15.7 million contract from the Air Force to provide services and materials for the F117 jet engine used to power the C-17 aircraft, the Pentagon said.

The other two, for $8 million and $9.1 million, call for Pratt to provide parts and replenish spare parts for the Air Force, the government said. (AP)
