East Hartford aerospace manufacturer Pratt & Whitney said Wednesday it has agreed to accept exclusively distributed spare engine exhaust system parts from Denmark’s Satair Group.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pratt, a division of Farmington-based United Technologies Corp., says the parts involved are PW4000 100-inch engine nacelle exhaust system parts.
Satair provides spare parts in the global commercial aerospace aftermarket.

Under the terms of the agreement, Satair will distribute the spare parts to Pratt’s worldwide customer base. Satair will also maintain customer orders for the life of the program and has already taken over distribution duties, the companies said.
