Western Pennsylvania paint-coatings giant PPG Group says it purchased Wallingford’s Dexmet Corp., a manufacturer of metal products and polymers for aerospace and industrial applications.
Financial terms were not disclosed Thursday. The deal was previously announced in late July.
Founded in 1948, Dexmet has about 75 employees, Pittsburgh-based PPG said.
