A three building complex totaling 32,000 square feet on 4.45 acres in North Branford has sold for $1.7 million.
Fowler Road LLC purchased the property, which is at 49 and 55 Fowler Road. The new owner plans to use the buildings for storage and distribution of personal protective equipment, or PPE, which has been in high demand throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford was the sole broker in the transaction.Â
The main building was constructed in 2013 and is a warehouse featuring 32-foot-high ceilings.
The seller was Russ & Russ Realty LLC. Attorney Jeffrey Beatty of Guilford represented the seller, while attorney Brian Lema of Berchem Moses of Milford represented the buyer.
Guilford Savings Bank provided financing, according to an announcement.
