Potbelly Sandwich Shop opened this weekend in West Hartford’s Blueback Square.
The Memorial Road location is the Chicago fast-casual restaurant’s first in Connecticut. It has about other locations across the country.
Potbelly’s share price shot up in its Oct. 4 initial public offering, from an initial range of $12 to $13 to more than $32 per share. The company was trading above $26 this afternoon.
