Waterbury’s Post University has promoted language teacher Ruby Parker to director of international admissions.
Prior to Aug. 1, Parker was the academic program manager for Post’s Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages program and its English Language Institute.
She has taught at numerous universities, and also worked for the Philippine Embassy Trade Office in Germany and the Far Eastern Economic Review in Hong Kong.
She is a member of Toastmasters International and the high-IQ society Mensa.
