Waterbury’s Post University has named Chris Szpryngel as acting dean of its Malcolm Baldrige School of Business and Jill Buban as the assistant provost for research and innovation.
Szpryngel was previously Post’s co-director of undergraduate business and academic program manager in its management and marketing programs. He has more than 25 years of experience in the environmental services industry.
Buban was previously acting dean of Post’s education school. She previously worked in the provost’s office at SUNY Empire State College in New York. Provost Jane Bailey will take over as the acting dean role vacated by Buban while a new dean is sought.
