Pink’s Hot Dogs will open its first East Coast restaurant inside Bristol’s Lake Compounce amusement park, the California chain announced.
Jerry Brick, the park’s general manager, said Pink’s is among the best-known hot dog stands in the country. Pink’s names a number of its offerings after celebrities. Lake Compounce visitors will find its ‘Lord of the Rings’ dog, ‘Martha Stewart’ dog, as well as the ‘Giada,’ named after the Food Network host.
Pink’s will hold a grand opening on May 17. Lake Compounce opens for the season on May 10.
