A Pomfret-based wealth management firm has opened a second location in Tolland, the company announced.
Weiss, Hale & Zahansky Strategic Wealth Advisors held a ribbon-cutting for its new office in Twin Pond Center, 392-A Merrow Road, earlier this month.
The new Tolland office is in addition to the firm’s existing office in Pomfret Center.
The firm, founded in 2006, serves high-net-worth individuals, businesses and nonprofits in Connecticut and 24 other states.
The company has grown in recent years. Earlier this month, it promoted three employees to leadership roles, including vice president.
“The fact that we’re an independent wealth management firm has really allowed us to create our own very specific and tailored approach to how we work with our clients,” said Laurence Hale, principal and managing partner. “We’ve built a service model based on a fiduciary, partnership approach that really takes a comprehensive and long-term view of our clients’ needs.
