‘Plays in the Park’ Conclude

The HartBeat Ensemble wrapped up its fifth season of free “Plays in the Parks” with a rousing revival of “The Best Of…” its first four seasons. The family-friendly plays toured six outdoor venues in Hartford over the course of three July weekends. The original performances included relevant business themes that focused on the economy, homelessness, working life and the evolution of the health care crisis. The plays were based entirely on interviews with members of the Greater Hartford community.
