Newly elected board members The Plastics Industry Trade Association include Chairman-elect James Murphy, president and CEO of Davis-Standard LLC in Pawcatuck, and Secretary Tad McGwire, president of Industrial Heater Corp. in Cheshire.
Murphy has held leadership roles in sales and engineering management during his 25-year career at Davis-Standard. Murphy’s term as SPI board chairman runs through Dec. 2017.
