A Plainville medical office building anchored by Hartford HealthCare has sold for $8.3 million, records show.
The 28,000-square-foot property at 440 New Britain Ave., sold in September.
The buyer was Physicians Realty Trust, a Milwaukee-based real estate investment firm that specializes in healthcare properties.
The company has been an active buyer in Connecticut lately having purchased two medical office buildings in Manchester earlier this year.

The seller was 440 New Britain Associates LLC, which is controlled by Charles Atkins, who has a West Orange, New Jersey business address.
The property was built in 1998, sits on 6.29 acres and has 149 surface parking spaces, according to CoStar.
