A Plainville manufacturing plant home to a producer of exhaust hardware and accessories has sold for $2.2 million, town records show.
The 96,000-square-foot building at 336 Woodford Ave. sold recently to Revach Venture LLC out of Brooklyn, New York.
The seller was Factory Square Realty LLC, which was controlled by Edmund Donovan of South Dennis, Massachusetts.
Manufacturer Nickson Industries Inc., which makes exhaust hardware and accessories, is a tenant in the building, according to its website.

The property was built in 1916 and sits on 4.75 acres.
