A 36,000-square-foot industrial building in Plainville sold for $2.7 million, according to brokerage firm O,R&L Commercial.
The property, located on 5.9 acres at 7 Johnson Ave., was purchased by 495 Monroe Turnpike LLC, which is controlled by M & JD Real Estate LLC of Stratford, state records show. At the time of sale, the building was fully leased to two tenants, M&S Building Systems and World Fulfillment.
The seller was 7 Johnson Avenue LLC, which is controlled by Steven J. Roux, Raymond Roux and Jaclyn Roux, of Canton, state records show. They purchased the property in 2009 for $1.48 million.
Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller. The buyer was represented by David Murdock of Sentry Commercial.
