An assisted living facility in Plainville sold for $1.35 million in January.
The Victorian Gardens facility provides seniors personal assistance with everyday activities, including grooming, dressing, medication and other services, and had capacity for 24 residents, according to its website.
Victorian Gardens Realty LLC sold the nearly 14,000-square-foot facility on eight-tenths of an acre at 122 East Main St., to Stamford-based Manpowar LLC in a deal logged Jan. 19, according to town assessing and land records.
The principals of the buying LLC — Vinod Mansukhani and Sanjeev Powari — have renamed the facility the Blessed House, providing similar services. A website for Blessed House lists Mansukhani as administrator and Powari as director of operations.
A man who answered the telephone at Blessed House Thursday morning said the new owners plan to continue operations as normal.
