A multifamily complex in Plainville has sold for $7 million.
The Castle Apartments is a three-building complex at 100 Norton Park Road containing 46 units.
The complex was sold by Castle Ventures LLC, an affiliate of SRKDC Holdings LLC of New Jersey, to Norton Park Partners, an affiliate of Stockbridge Capital LLC and principal Jacob Kapplan of West Hartford, according to town land records.
Castle Ventures bought the property in 2019 for $3.9 million, according to town property records.Â

Taylor Perun and Shelton-based Northeast Private Client Group represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal, which closed July 15.Â
