Plainville apartment complex sells for $1.5M

A 24-unit apartment complex in Plainville has traded hands for $1.5 million, town records show.

The twp-parcel property at 65 East Street includes a 12,054-square-foot apartment building. It was sold in late January, town records show. 

The buyer was Freedom East LLC, which is controlled by Luke Florian of Southington.

The seller was East End Associates LLC, which is controlled by David and Joseph Deangelo, state records show.

The apartment complex was built in 1974. The entire property, which includes 29 parking spaces, sits on 0.44 acres.
